Assistant Director of Artist & Event Management Gresham Hill Management oversees and manages various companies including Reach Your City, Reach Your World, Freedom Experience, and various Christian artists, speakers, athletes, and entertainers with a passion to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our goal is to ensure they find many opportunities to effectively share the Gospel throughout the world each year while also managing their product resources, marketing, and other activities that will enable them to expand the Gospel. Last year, God granted us the privilege to put on more than 400 events with over 1,000 organizations.
The Assistant Director of Artist & Event Management may be a part time or full time position. They will work from our offices in Franklin, TN or from a home office every day communicating with the promoters (i.e. "Hosts") for events we serve. At the same time, they are communicating with the more than 20 artists, athletes, and speakers to take care of their needs. 95% of all work that takes place will happen from an office while only 5% of their workload is on-site or face-to-face.
The Assistant Director of Artist and Event Management must be fast on their feet, able to handle multiple tasks at the same time and able to work occasional long hours. Successful business and time management skills are essential in this position. They must maintain calm in stressful situations and always be encouraging, prayerful, uplifting, etc. They must have great typing and writing skills as there is a lot of paperwork involved to ensure we are constantly improving our methods. Requirements
Love Jesus and be an active member in your local church.
Live & work from Greater Nashville/Franklin area
Have a minimum of 2 years experience managing artists/speakers or events.
Have a college degree (business, PR, marketing, etc. preferred)
Understand Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar programs
Type at over 30 words per minute (the higher, the better)
Exceptional writing skills.
Basic website skills for updating and maintaining sites preferred

To oversee all aspects of product management for G. Hill & organizations
To set up travel arrangements for ministers
To coordinate and run The Reach Your World Conferences & Freedom Experience
To develop event handbooks & strategies for improvement
To take care of and build relationships with sponsors & outside vendors
To update content on ReachYourCity.com
To develop contact database to assist G. Hill, Inc. in maintaining relationships
To develop strategies and business plans for all organizations
To coordinate the timely mail out of all marketing materials
To maintain and develop press kits, and all marketing & promotional materials
To create strategies for efficiently expanding ministry opportunities
To be willing to go above and beyond this description to assist this company
Salary
$10-12 / hour starting depending on experience. Pay raises are based on performance.

Internship Opportunities Reach Your City has several exciting internship tracks for students eager to use their talents to further the gospel and gain experience in ministry Internships are NOT slave labor to us. We truly use you in real-life situations and your research and decisions will be applied to further this ministry. Most internships have the opportunity to work directly with our ministers and ministry events. Also, there are road management and special ministry apprentice opportunities available on a full-term basis for applicants who are 21 years of age or older.

Speaker / Minister Reach Your City is not a booking agency. It is a ministry. We are not interested in speakers without depth, without experience, and without an exceptional presentation. Fame is not a qualification nor is a best-selling book, CD, or video.
RYC serves carefully chosen ministries who are called to traveling speaking ministry and display exceptional understanding of Scripture, a passion for sharing the gospel, and a desire to serve the Church. Potential ministries are prayerfully reviewed for quality of presentation, theological beliefs, and their mission / vision. For those that qualify, RYC staff and executive ministers pray and meet with with candidate over a period of time to confirm God's direction for a potential partnership.
Application Instructions:
1. Video: Record a presentation in front of a typical audience of at least 100 people. Video and audio quality does help but does not determine your qualifications. Do not edit your video. We like a one camera shot with no camera changes. If you have a unique story or talent, be sure and record this part of your presentation in front of an audience as well.
2. Testimony: Please share with us your testimony of how you came to know Jesus Christ. Please limit this to one page.
3. Gospel Presentation: Please provide us a written explanation of the Gospel as it should be presented at an evangelistic outreach. Be sure and express clearly your beliefs on core issues of Christianity that you speak on.
4. Mission / Vision: Share your mission / vision for where you hope your ministry will go in the next five years. Please be specific as you can with your vision for your future. We understand that your statement is dependent on God's Will.
