Most ministers will only book one year out although exceptions are made from time to time. It never hurts to turn in a request more than a year out to optimize your chances of getting the ministry. Do not be afraid to request dates that are coming up soon. If dates are available, many ministers are more likely to accept an open date that is within 2 months than those further out.
Venue simply means the name of the church, civic center, school, stadium, etc. that the event will be held.
Be conservative on travel distance and travel time. Allow for rush hour traffic when you are selecting this time. You definitely don’t want us to be late!

If this is your first event, guess low. In 95% of the events we attend, the number that attend are less than ½ what was expected. If you have done this event in the past, last year’s numbers may be the best indicator. Don’t worry about putting a lower number in this box. This is not a strategy for us to avoid smaller events. It does, however, let us know what ministries work best in the size environment you have and gives us an understanding of how many resources we will need to make available at your event.
Whenever you choose more than one minister for your event, it increases the likelihood that your request will be accepted. Our ministers are very confident in one another and enjoy working together as much as possible,
When selecting the start and end date of your event, just put the dates that you need our ministers. This is for events that may take place over many days, but only need our services on a few of those days.
We need to know this information so we can show up at your event in time for anything you might need us there for. We also need to know how soon we’d be allowed to leave so we can catch a flight home to family or off to another ministry event.
Giving us an idea of your budget does not commit you to spending that entire amount with us. It only lets us know what you have to work with so that we may make suggestions on how best to allocate your funds. Simply be honest by letting us know your entire budget that you can put toward the ministry or ministries you want to bring in and we will be honest to let you know if it can be done.
